Why should I book an appointment?

In the short initial consultation, we would like to find out more about your company or project and make a fundamental decision about whether we can support you with your project. This initial consultation is, of course, free, non-binding, and discreet.

How does the initial consultation work?

We expect you to describe your financing project in just a few minutes, generally answering the following questions: What business do you run? What loan amount do you need? What type of loan do you need? What do you need the loan for? When should the payout be?

After the conversation has ended, you will receive a short summary of the conversation with a short list of documents that we need for the initial examination.

When should I create an account?

When you know your capital requirements, or after we have had an initial discussion and told you that we are able to support you with your project. After creating the account, you can easily and discreetly submit your loan request and upload the necessary documents.

How can I delete my customer account at piHub?

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Financing

How large or small a loan can my company finance with piHub?

We generally provide support from €500,000 to €10 million. For larger loan amounts, please contact us only by telephone or email.

Can I finance my house or get a personal loan with piHub?

No, piHub only finances companies or projects.

In which cases are we not the right partner for you?

We cannot assist you if:

Your company is an early-stage start-up with no sales
You operate a small business, such as a hairdressing salon, a car repair shop, a used car dealership or similar
Your company’s credit requests were rejected and the rejection was not based on economic reasons

What documents do I have to submit?

After the initial consultation, we require the standard documents from your company, including annual reports, business, and financial plans. Additional documents may be necessary depending on the industry, stage, or even the financing reason.

Why do I need equity? Can’t I finance my project entirely with outside capital?

Contributed equity in the form of money, valuable contributions that can be capitalized or balance sheet equity, ensure a fair distribution of risk between the owner and lender.
